Terms of Service

These are the rules of using RoProfit. By signing in, installing RoProfit Desktop, or otherwise using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use RoProfit.

1. What RoProfit is

RoProfit is a third-party analytics dashboard for Roblox creators. We aggregate your earnings across your games into a single view. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox® is a registered trademark of Roblox Corporation.

2. Eligibility

• You must have a Roblox account in good standing.
• You must be at least 13 years old, per Roblox's own terms.
• You must have the legal authority to bind whoever owns the account you connect.

3. Your account

We authenticate you through Roblox OAuth. Keeping your Roblox account secure (and your .ROBLOSECURITY cookie out of untrusted hands) is your responsibility. RoProfit servers never receive your Roblox password or session cookie.

4. Acceptable use

• Use RoProfit only for accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent our rate limits or auth flow.
• Don't use RoProfit to violate Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards.
• Don't use RoProfit for unlawful purposes, including tax fraud or evading reporting obligations.

5. The desktop app

RoProfit Desktop runs locally on your computer and uses your existing logged-in Roblox session inside the app to read creator analytics. It only reads data and aggregates or normalizes it before forwarding those rows to RoProfit. You are responsible for keeping the desktop app up to date and for the security of the computer where it's installed.

6. Subscriptions and billing

• Free plans are billed at $0. We may impose feature limits.
• Paid plans renew monthly or annually as selected. We bill via Stripe; we don't store full card numbers ourselves.
• You can cancel from the Settings page at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We don't offer pro-rated refunds, but we'll consider refund requests in good faith on a case-by-case basis. Email hello@roprofit.app.

7. Data and tax compliance

RoProfit reports your earnings to you. We do not file taxes on your behalf, and the figures we display are best-effort aggregations of data we've received. Use of RoProfit for tax reporting is at your own discretion, and you should reconcile against Roblox's own DevEx statements before filing.

8. Service availability

We make no guarantees about uptime, sync latency, or data freshness. The desktop model means data syncs only when RoProfit Desktop is installed and able to access your local Roblox session. We may pause syncs or change endpoints in response to Roblox API changes.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, especially the Acceptable Use section. On termination we will purge your data per our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

ROPROFIT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoProfit's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $50.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we'll bump the "last updated" date and provide notice on the dashboard for material changes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
